Scratched and scuffed

Took a while to arrive (had to chase my order). I purchased as a gift for a friend in Canada, but when it arrived it was badly scratched. Contacted customer service who said “all the backs of the pucks will be scuffed the same as the one you currently have due to how they are manufactured”. They said I could return it, but then I’m even more out of pocket with more postage costs. Very disappointed. It will lie around for a few more weeks, and then I’ll probably put it in the charity bag.
